Personally and professionally, everyone has a purpose!  No one outside of Jesus is more important in an organization than the IT team!  Bishops or other leaders in Diocesan organizations may think otherwise, but we all know who they called when the pandemic hit!   From tasks as small as "phishing expeditions" to tasks as essential as providing network and data access, IT plays a vital role in accomplishing the mission of Christ and the functioning and flourishing of the mission of the diocese.  

In this presentation, I will
-cast a noble vision for the work of IT and the people that accomplish it.
-examine the human dimension to IT work and how personality plays into organizational flourishing.
-propose the "table" as an image to develop effective communication with greater impact.
